Refund Policy

cleanwordagency delivers copywriting and content services as described in individual project agreements. All deliverables are clearly defined in the project scope document before commencement.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available within 14 days of initial payment if work has not commenced. Partial refunds may be issued proportional to undelivered work milestones at the discretion of cleanwordagency.

3. Revision Policy

All projects include two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions are billed at standard hourly rates. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of deliverable receipt.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Completed and approved deliverables are non-refundable. Strategy consultations and brand voice calibration sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.

5. Dispute Resolution

Refund requests should be directed to [email protected]. cleanwordagency commits to resolving disputes within 30 business days. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant consumer protection authority in España.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Scope of Services

Services provided by cleanwordagency include but are not limited to: SEO copywriting, landing page content, e-commerce copy, email sequences, brand voice development, technical documentation, and content migration. Specific deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in the project agreement. cleanwordagency accepts payments via Stripe. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge. All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables become the intellectual property of the client. cleanwordagency retains the right to display work in portfolio and case studies unless explicitly restricted in writing.

5. Confidentiality

cleanwordagency maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project details, and proprietary data. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

cleanwordagency's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of España. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of València, España.
